Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Knight Leads (“the Service”) is a lead generation tool operated by Prince Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Service monitors public startup communities and product directories to discover product domains and enrich them with publicly available contact information. The Service is provided to registered users (“you”, “your”) subject to these terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your use of the leads provided. You agree to:

• Comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and all applicable laws when using contact information obtained through the Service
• Not use the Service for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or harassment
• Not use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Not attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Not resell, redistribute, or sublicense lead data to third parties
• Not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data from the Service beyond the provided export features

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Plans and Billing

The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. The free plan includes a 50 lead cap with verified email and no time limit. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Lead caps reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Data Accuracy

Lead data is sourced from publicly available information and may not always be accurate or current. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of email addresses, business names, scores, tags, or other enriched data. Email verification reduces but does not eliminate the possibility of invalid addresses. You should not rely on the Service as your sole source of contact information for critical business decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and scoring methodology, is the property of Prince Holdings LLC. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service. Lead data delivered to you through the Service may be used for your business purposes subject to applicable law, but the underlying database and prospect pool remain our property.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Prince Holdings LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, the leads it generates, or any actions you take based on the data provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prince Holdings LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Data Removal

If your email or domain appears in our system and you wish to be removed, submit a request at knightleads.com/removal. We process removal requests within 72 hours. Removed data is permanently deleted and blocked from future collection.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Service for purposes we deem harmful. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page, which will cancel any active subscription and permanently remove all your data.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
