Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Knight Leads (“the Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a done-for-you cold email service operated by Prince Holdings LLC. For a one-time fee stated before payment, we compile a prospect list matched to criteria you provide, verify contact information, draft the email copy, and send an outreach campaign on your behalf from infrastructure we manage, forwarding any replies to you. These terms govern your engagement of the Service (“you”, “your”).

2. Campaign Agreement

Each engagement is governed by a written campaign agreement provided before payment, which describes the scope, volume, duration, and deliverables of your campaign. Where the campaign agreement conflicts with these terms, the campaign agreement controls. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to engage outreach on behalf of the business you represent. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any engagement at our discretion.

3. What We Deliver, and What We Do Not

We deliver the outreach itself: a prospect list compiled to your criteria, verified contact information, email copy, the sends over the agreed period, forwarded replies, and reporting. The prospect list is not a deliverable. You do not receive an exported contact database, and we do not sell, share, license, or otherwise transfer prospect data to you or to any third party. We run the campaign; you receive its results.

We do not guarantee replies, meetings, signups, sales, or any other business outcome. Outreach performance depends on your product, market, and offer, which are outside our control.

4. Fees and Refunds

Campaign fees are stated before payment and are due in full before we begin. If we decline your campaign before sending begins, any fee you paid is refunded in full. Once sending has begun, fees are non-refundable, because the work (list building, verification, copy, and outreach) has been performed. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit for a duplicate or erroneous charge or a billing error on our part; any such refund is a one-time courtesy and not a waiver of this policy. 5. Compliance and Acceptable Use

All campaign email we send complies with the CAN-SPAM Act, including accurate headers, a valid physical address, and a working one-click unsubscribe in every message. We do not send to consumers, and we do not send to recipients in the EU, UK, or EEA. You agree that:

• The product or service you are promoting is lawful and accurately described
• You are authorized to engage outreach on its behalf
• You will not use the Service for spam, fraud, harassment, or any unlawful purpose
• You will handle any replies you receive in accordance with applicable law

We may pause or end a campaign, without refund, if we determine it violates these terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, methodology, and prospect database, is the property of Prince Holdings LLC. Because prospect data is never delivered to you, no license to it is granted. Email copy produced for your campaign may be used by you for your own outreach.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Prince Holdings LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Service or from any campaign we run. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the campaign giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prince Holdings LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• The product or service you engaged us to promote
• Any information or copy you provided or approved for the campaign
• Your handling of replies or of any contact you make with a recipient
• Your violation of these terms or of any applicable law

This obligation survives termination of your engagement and these terms.

9. Data Removal

If your email or domain appears in our system and you wish to be removed, submit a request at knightleads.com/removal. We process removal requests within 72 hours. Removed data is permanently deleted and blocked from future collection. Every campaign email we send also carries a one-click unsubscribe that removes the recipient from all future outreach.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the Service. Continued engagement of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
