Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

Prince Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data processed through Knight Leads. Contact: aidan@knightleads.com.

2. What We Collect

Client intake data: When you engage a campaign, we collect your name, email, company URL, and a description of the customer you want to reach, in order to plan and run your campaign.

Prospect data:To run campaigns, we compile business contact information from publicly available posts on startup communities, product directories, and launch platforms, and from publicly accessible web pages. This includes product domains, business names, descriptions, business email addresses (verified through third-party validation), and, where available, business phone numbers and location. This information may relate to identifiable individuals, for example a founder's business email. We use it solely to send outreach on a client's behalf. We do not sell it, share it, or deliver it to clients or any third party.

Support data: If you contact us, we store your email and message to respond to your request.

3. How We Use Prospect Data

Knight Leads is a done-for-you cold email service. Prospect data is used only to send outreach on a client's behalf. Clients receive the sends, forwarded replies, and aggregate reporting; they do not receive an exported contact list, and we do not make prospect data available to them or to anyone else for their own use. Campaign sending is business-to-business only and never targets consumers or recipients in the EU, UK, or EEA. Every campaign email includes a functioning one-click unsubscribe; opt-outs are honored promptly and recorded on a permanent suppression list.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data on the following bases under GDPR:

• Contract: Client intake data is processed to deliver the campaign you engaged us for.
• Legitimate interest: Prospect data is compiled from publicly available information to operate our B2B outreach service. Any individual whose data appears in our system can request removal at any time.

5. Third-Party Processors

We use the following third-party services to operate Knight Leads:

• Firebase (Google Cloud): Database and hosting.
• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe processes your payment information directly; we do not store card details.
• Resend: Delivery of campaign email and transactional messages.
• Email validation services: Verification of email addresses found on public web pages.
• hCaptcha and CertiLayer: Bot protection on our campaign request form. hCaptcha checks the request when you submit it. CertiLayer measures interaction patterns on that page (typing rhythm, mouse movement, scrolling and page navigation) to tell people from automated traffic; it never records which keys you press, what you type, or anything in password, email, phone or payment fields.

Each processor has its own privacy policy governing its handling of data.

6. Data Retention

Client intake data is retained while your engagement is active and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Prospect data is retained while it remains a viable outreach target and is removed on request. Suppression records (unsubscribes and removals) are kept permanently so we do not re-contact anyone who has opted out. Support messages are retained for 90 days after resolution.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. If your email or domain appears in our system and you want it removed, submit a request at knightleads.com/removal. We process removals within 72 hours; removed data is permanently deleted and blocked from future collection. You may also email aidan@knightleads.com to exercise any of these rights. We do not discriminate against you for doing so.

8. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell or share personal information. We do not provide prospect data to clients or to any third party for their own use, in exchange for payment or otherwise. Prospect data is used only internally, to send outreach on a client's behalf. Under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), this internal use to provide our service is not a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Regardless, anyone whose information appears in our system may opt out of all outreach and request deletion at knightleads.com/removal or by contacting aidan@knightleads.com.

9. International Transfers

Our service is operated from the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on our third-party processors' compliance frameworks (Google Cloud, Stripe) for lawful data transfers.

10. Children's Privacy

The service is not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly process personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the service. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
